This book explains how to understand Thai tenses naturally from the context. Whether the sentence refers to the present or past time depends on the five different types of verbs and the time indicator Laeo. In addition to the natural time aspect, the reader will also learn how to use time words, tense markers and express anticipated future time. The Thai time aspect is entirely different from the English tense system, which can be rather complicated.
