The original concepts and techniques developed by Philip B. Crosby through 30 years as a quality management practitioner form the base for modern quality management throughout the world and are the building blocks of the company he founded in 1979.
Philip Crosby Associates, Inc. (PCA) teaches that quality is a process that can be managed. It does not have to be a matter of chance or probability. The conventional-wisdom guidepost of quality as a subjective evaluation has not been an effective approach. To be successful, quality must be the result of an organization’s policy and its management’s actions.
